Latest news
The government has launched this consultation to ask for views on how we can protect victims of stalking more effectively. The consultation incorporates a number of issues, including current legislation, the effect of police information notices, search powers, the work of existing organisations and alternative measures to tackle stalking. This consultation will close on 5 February 2012.
Domestic violence definition consultation
The government are seeking views on widening the current cross-government definition of domestic violence. The closing date is 30 March 2012.
