Oxfordshire has Springboard Programme again

Our old friends Pat & Jo are once again delivering their Springboard Programme for DA survivors in the North Oxfordshire area and need referrals.

Here is a basic rundown of the what they offer:

What is Springboard?

The Springboard Women’s Development programme is designed for women from all backgrounds, ages and stages of their lives. It allows women to enhance their own skills and abilities, challenge power and equality while building confidence, assertiveness and a positive image. It is delivered in one day workshops and has five key ingredients: a best-selling up to date workbook, four action packed workshops over three months, real and inspiring role models as speakers, encouragement of effective networks, a proven support system of women to sustain progress.

Why Springboard?

Springboard has a proven track record of helping women move forward. From the previous courses 100% of participants either strongly or very strongly agreed that they were more confident, more optimistic and positive, better at managing change, and had more control over their future. The network formed by the women participants was especially powerful, with understanding and support for all.
